Workplace Methods & Frameworks
My Ideal Corporate Culture and Work Environment. Also, my “plan of attack” to get things done from a Home Office, as an “on-site twice per week” (mostly) Remote Worker
The Scrum Guide™
… “The Definitive Guide to Scrum: The Rules of the Game”
For any organization bigger than “The 2 Pizza Rule” (below), this is a framework for work
that I would want to be using.
… a good introduction, presented in the context of software development
… what KanBan is & how it could be used with Scrum. (Video ending is an advertisement)

The Magic of Being in Monk Mode
… how flexible work
and remote work
can actually facilitate productivity
“There is a time to collaborate together; there is a time to be in monk mode. As Pablo Picasso is credited with saying, 'Without great solitude, no serious work is possible.' ”
